For example, if you are the listing agent, then you need to part ways with a client - if they hire a new listing agent, that agent would need to purchase a new license from us in order to use our media to market that property. Another example would be if the client decides to rent out the property or list it as an AirBnb instead of selling it - that is considered outside of the usage agreement - we would need to provide a different type of license for that intended use, which may come at a higher cost than listing media.
